Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first coffee shipment, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This allows you to try our premium coffee risk-free.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@brewcraftpremium.com within 30 days
  2. Provide Details: Include order number and reason for refund
  3. Review Process: We'll review your request within 2 business days
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or account credits:

International Refunds

For customers outside the Philippines, refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method. Currency conversion rates may apply.

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee, we don't offer exchanges. However, we'll work with you to ensure your next shipment meets your preferences.
