Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first coffee shipment, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This allows you to try our premium coffee risk-free.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
- First-time subscribers within 30 days of initial delivery
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Incorrect orders or shipping errors by BrewCraft Premium
- Undelivered packages due to our shipping errors
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of personal preferences after trying the coffee
- Packages refused without valid reason
- Cancellations after coffee has been roasted and shipped
- Subscriptions active for more than 30 days
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email support@brewcraftpremium.com within 30 days
- Provide Details: Include order number and reason for refund
- Review Process: We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or account credits:
- Quality issues with specific coffee selections
- Shipping delays exceeding our delivery promises
- Packaging problems that don't affect coffee quality
International Refunds
For customers outside the Philippines, refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method. Currency conversion rates may apply.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee, we don't offer exchanges. However, we'll work with you to ensure your next shipment meets your preferences.
