Service Description
BrewCraft Premium provides monthly coffee subscription services, delivering premium Philippine coffee beans to subscribers worldwide.
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $24.99 USD
- First shipment within 5-7 business days of subscription
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before next billing cycle
- Shipping included within the Philippines; international rates apply
Payment Terms
- All payments processed securely through authorized payment providers
- Prices subject to change with 30 days advance notice
- Failed payments may result in subscription suspension
- All sales final unless covered by our refund policy
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and shipping information
- Notify us of address changes before shipping dates
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
Limitation of Liability
BrewCraft Premium's liability is limited to the subscription fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect damages, allergic reactions, or shipping delays beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts.
